Dictation into Word, Outlook, Teams and your browser

LexiMeld types what you say into any Windows app: Word, Outlook, Teams, your browser or any other text field. The text lands where your cursor is, with no copying and pasting.
How to dictate into any app
- Click into the text field you want to write in: a Word document, a new email, a Teams message or a web form.
- Press Ctrl+Shift+Space (or the start button on the control panel) and speak naturally.
- Press Ctrl+Shift+Space again: LexiMeld processes the recording and inserts the finished text at the cursor, with proper punctuation (and Hungarian inflections and accents).
You can speak for up to 15 minutes in one go, enough for a longer email or meeting notes.

You pick the style and language on the control panel; the same recording can become Original, Friendly or Business text, or an English translation.
Handy tricks
- Picked the wrong style or language? Ctrl+Shift+Alt+R reprocesses the last recording, so you do not have to say it again. If you select the wrong text first, the new text replaces it.
- Text did not appear? Click into the target field before dictating. Ctrl+Shift+Alt+V inserts the last text again.
- Prefer to paste it yourself? Turn off automatic insertion in Settings: the text then waits on the clipboard and in the results panel (Ctrl+Shift+Alt+P).
- Names and terms: select a word in any app and Ctrl+Shift+Alt+D adds it to your personal dictionary, so it is spelled right from then on.
- Confidential email? In Privacy mode processing runs on your PC and your voice never goes online.
